Since December had already started, there's this one thing that would really complete my Christmas..and perhaps my life.

LASIK Eye Surgery. (Php50,000 - Php80,000)

What is it?
Well it's Laser-Assisted In Sutu Keratomileusis. Don't ask me what that means, I just read that it's a process of reshaping the cornea (by removing corneal tissues) in the eye to correct vision. People undergo this laser surgery in the hope of having 20/20 vision after being impaired for I don't know how long. F.Y.I. In my case, it's all in the family. My lola wears glasses while my dad had been wearing his contact lenses for a long time now.

I started wearing glasses back in grade 3. After swearing never to do anything that would further destroy my vision, it just keeps getting worse year after year. PROGRESSIVE MYOPIA: It would require me to wear glasses until I die. (Hahaha!) In high school, I started wearing contact lenses. At night, I remove them - and for those of you who had seen me in my pasaway moments knew I don't remove them sometimes - then I wear my glasses. During toxic nights, I cannot wear the lenses the following day or my eyes would be really red the whole time.

Yah, yah. Buti pa kayo nagkaroon ng pagkakataong isiping normal yung mata ko. I want to experience nights not removing anything from my eyes, go swimming and other underwater stuff, or just enjoy windy days. One thing's for sure. I don't want to live with glasses and lenses forever.
(Emo mode. LOL.)

I know I won't get it this Christmas. My mom wanted to because my dad backed-out. Ako nalang daw. Ehhh.. Ayokong hindi siya tutuloy dahil sakin. He deserves it - with or without me wishing I was in his shoes.

So paano ang huli (at malamang pinakagusto) kong matanggap sana ngayong Pasko? Naah..Yun nalang siguro ang unang-una kong pag-iipunan. Sunod ko nalang yung sarili kong bahay. Hehe.. :)
